The rice is unpolished.
Rice for daily use called "Koshihikari", is polished by just 10% to bring out the savory flavor of the rice.
The rice used is from the Ikeda area of Numata city. Both the milling of the rice, and the design of the label were done in Numata city.
We use spring water which flows from Funa no Mori, north of our company.
We use G2 yeast cultivated by Gunma prefecture.
Room temperature to hot
It can be drunk anywhere between room temperature and hot (45 degrees).
