Diced Yatsuhashi Senbei Crackers by Kyoto’s Higashiyama Yatsuhashi Honpo

These delicious bitesized versions of Yatsuhashi Senbei crackers are made with a traditional Kyoto recipe that includes a hint of ‘Nikki’ – a Japanese spice taken from the cinnamon tree which is surprisingly spicy despite its aromatic fragrance.
